All prices are in USD.
Payment in full is required before I begin any work, I accept payment through PayPal and Venmo only at this time.
All prices given through my pricing section are baselines and subject to change depending upon character complexity.Process
I require a clear reference sheet to be provided for all work.
I will send a sketch to you for approval before moving on to the lining and coloring phase. I will send WIPs as requested and allow for 3 changes to the piece to be requested with no additional charge prior to the rendering stage. Changes exceeding this number or requested after rendering has begun will be subject to an additional fee based on the type of change requested.
Art is not my full time job and I am currently working towards a degree so turnaround times can vary greatly depending on the type of piece commissioned.Custom Designs and Adoptables
You may only resell custom designs or adoptables purchased from me for the amount they were originally purchased for, you may increase the price they are sold for if they have additional art or work being sold along with the design.
Do not claim custom designs or adoptables I have made as your own work.Refunds
Refunds in full are only available if the piece is still in the sketch phase. If a refund is requested after passing the sketch phase refund amount will depend on the percentage of the piece completed.
I reserve the right to repurpose any sketch requested for refund into another piece, be that an adoptable, YCH, or other art.Use of my Art
You may not remove my watermark, trace, edit, or alter my work, or claim my work as your own.
When reposting my artwork please credit me in the post.
I reserve all rights to my artwork and to publicly post my work as I see fit. You may request art to be kept private or have posting delayed.
My work is for personal use only and cannot be used to crease merchandise for resale, (clients are able to use my work to create stickers, charms, or prints for private non-sale use).
Using my art for NFTs is a violation of my TOS and will result in you being immediately blacklisted from my work.Commissioning me is an agreement to these terms
